An international airport organization within a major metropolitan city utilized our services to provide on-call SAP support for both functional and technical services to support the existing SAP applications (FAMIS) and to enhance or add functionality as and when required.

One of the largest county mental health departments in the country had its website running on an outdated version of the WebSphere Portal and the hosting platform was targeted to be sunset in mid-2018. Development of the new website needed to proceed as soon as the design deliverables were approved to ensure the new site could be deployed. In an effort to provide a modern, state-of-the-art website design that complied with the county’s strategic plan, Trinus utilized its proficiency in modern web design, information architecture, marketing and communication trends and methodologies as well as the use of Open Source Software platforms such as WordPress CMS to assist in the redesign, prototype, development and deployment of specified websites before the deadline.

A county District Attorney’s Office (DA) wanted to add additional functionality to its Electronic Charge Evaluation Request (eCER) system. The existing application allows law enforcement to securely and electronically submit complaint data and forms to increase electronic information exchange and decrease the time it takes for paperwork to be sent from law enforcement to the District Attorney’s Office. Trinus Corporation added additional functionality to the system including data encryption at rest, the ability to create PDF documents, and several additional features to enhance the overall workflow and made the system more efficient and user-friendly.
